Roles & Responsibility
• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, and networking, to
attract a diverse pool of candidates.
• Candidate Screening: Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct initial phone screenings with candidates to assess their qualifications
and fit for the role.
• Candidate Assessment: Evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit through interviews and assessments.
• Candidate Communication: Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process,
providing updates and feedback as needed.
• Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
for each position.
• Job Posting and Advertisement: Write and post job descriptions on various platforms to attract candidates for open
positions.
• Candidate Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings.
• Data Management: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the
applicant tracking system.

Requirements/Required
• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools is a plus.
